Since the star of the show is the Veil Complex, I have created another version of the image reducing the brightness of the small stars a bit. Reducing the stars creates an interesting effect, it pops out the nebula!
The next couple of images are a closeup of the Eastern Veil nebula NGC6992. The image was taking using a telescope with longer focal length (540mm) and a camera with smaller pixels, the resolution of this image is 1.76″/pixel compared to 4.36”/pixel of the latter system.
